To ensure your complete satisfaction we will exchange or refund your purchase. Unused items must be return within 20 days with copy of invoice or order number. Please include a signed note stating nature of return. You may chose to add insurance for your own protection. You will not be refunded the cost of shipping from your original order. If your original order was over $99 and the shipping cost was free, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund. Shipping cost is $8.
