The Story:

Measure your wrist with the string SNUGGLY wrapped around your wrist. Add 4cm to that length to determine which size bracelet you will need. For example: If your wrist measures 16cm then you will need to order a 20cm bracelet.
Bracelets are named a length that includes an additional 2 cm to account for the length of a basic lock. For example:
If you order a 20cm bracelet, the bracelet itself will only measure 18cm. The additional 2cm are for the length of the basic lock that you will be attaching to the bracelet. Once you attach the lock, the full bracelet and lock will measure 20cm.
